冠飾 一隻頭戴皇冠的金獅，手持珍珠，面向左方的獅子
Crest: A crowned gold lion holding a pearl, facing left

花圈 白、藍二色花冠
Wreath: Two-colored floral wreath in white and blue

盾 上部繪有一枚海軍皇冠（Naval Crown），下部以下端畫有海水波紋，海面上的左、右方各繪有一艘中式帆船，上、下部由一條城垛的凹凸線條隔開
Shield: The upper part features a Naval Crown, and the lower part depicts sea waves with two Chinese-style sailing ships on the left and right. The upper and lower sections are separated by crenellated lines.

扶盾 左方為頭戴皇冠的金獅，右方為金龍，兩者以站立姿勢互相對望
Supporters: On the left, a crowned gold lion; on the right, a gold dragon, both standing and facing each other.

基地 一座綠色島嶼，圍上海水波紋
Base: A green island surrounded by sea wave patterns.
